Awareness: Synonymous with Freedom

So true.  Anyone who has spent time in their lives 'walking on eggshells' around significant others knows of this imprisonment.

Years of being subject to the torments of a person projecting their insecurity and poor self image onto you is both harmful and debilitating - Not to mention cruel.

But.... Truly once you begin to understand that this behavior is all about the Narcissist - as is EVERYTHING in their eyes - you find that suddenly you can remove yourself from any equation having to do with this person.

No matter who the person is that has been abusive, awareness becomes a revelation and permission to your own freedom.  Oppression is something no one should have to live under - and it's even worse when one learns to belong in such a place.  But we can relearn truth in all things, as these unnatural, cruel things we have carried and nurtured begin to just simply fall away. 

With each revelation we become freer and stronger, less angry and more willing to trust in ourselves and others. It's a great feeling to finally be this far.  You can get here too!!
