| I'm snoogy the English Angora Rabbit, but they call me Dustie |
His fur sells for sixteen dollars an ounce, but I am saving it for spinners who make baby hats for newborns. It is the softest fiber on earth I believe and if you felt it you would want something made from it too.
So these days instead of wallowing in the misery of the whys and the if onlys, over the abusive NM and family, I'm creating new times in my life. It isn't hard to find harmless people out there, you just have to listen to your intuition.
Somehow the harmless part of us attracts narcissists and others, but we can discern. If it feels confusing or makes you second guess everything, it probably isn't good - we should move on. There's so much real love out there to be had.
People will tell us who they are, whether outright or in a covert manor - we just have to be aware of what they say and how they act. We need to notice their reactions to our words - and not dismiss what seems unkind for a misjudgment on our part.
Those of us who were taught to put ourselves last and our feelings away, need to learn that these interactions in life are the very things that could either lead us to chaos and heartbreak or happiness and contentment. We can either go with what is good, or cut off at the pass what is showing us to be misleading or undesirable. It's our choice.
